Christmas Coming Along

It is beginning to look and feel more and more like Christmas around here.

No snow, but we have had freezing temperatures.

Which means we have been enjoying this....

And since it dropped below freezing, I spent the better part of yesterday afternoon covering my garden and outdoor plants.

I harvested a few things in the process.

This weeks menu consists of eggplant parmesan, stuffed bell peppers and...  Sonic.

I am hoping to find a good lemon bar recipe for those Meyer lemons.

 I am still setting out Christmas decorations.  Please tell me I'm not the only one.  I'm almost finished.  Trying to keep it simple, and not pull out everything-single-thing from the attic.  Our three-year-old is filled with wonder and excitement.  It's fun to experience a child at Christmas again.
