Catching Up
It was a ton of fun.

This little guy danced all. night. long.
He danced one of the heels right off of his boot.

The temperatures were finally cold enough for hot cocoa one evening, so I did something I have been wanting to do for quite some time.
I made marshmallows.
During part of our spring break, we had everyone at home. Together under one roof. That doesn't happen much anymore, so when it does, the time is precious and sweet.
We all gathered 'round the kitchen table with our homemade cocoa and marshmallows for a fun game.
A cheap, made-up version of "Banana Grams" using Scrabble pieces.

The cold weather was extremely short-lived.
The warmer weather seems to be settling in, and the onset of spring has us out in the garden quite a bit lately.
I've been planting spring vegetables, herbs, some new berry plants and some flowers that will be for cutting.
I found a lot of great plants this past weekend at the annual Herbal Forum plant sale. I was able to find my favorite tomato plant. It's so hard for me to find. It's called Sun Gold. It's a small orange tomato with a wonderful fruity flavor.
The weather has me thinking about spring and sprucing up.
Sprucing up around the house. Sprucing up my booth space. Sprucing up my shed. Sprucing up my blog, and sprucing up me.
Happy Spring!
